There is another alike listed. (PMG 15) - see other listing. The fractional denominations of the February 17, 1776 Continental issue are often referred to as Fugio notes. The sundial rebus can be seen on the front and the linked colonies on the reverse, both of these devices were designed by Benjamin Franklin and prepared by Elisha Gallaudet. These colonial issues preceded the continental notes by many decades, and some are quite rare.
